Great to be on site today at the Rose and Crown and see the progress being made. A full strip out is almost complete and most excitedly has revealed the vaulted ceiling in the dining room. Plasterwork has been cleverly colour coded for remediation work. Strip footings have been poured for the extension at the rear.

New initial designs for a retrofit of an existing derelict swimming pool building into a new theatre and performing arts faculty building for a school in Hertfordshire. We are proposing to reuse the existing structure as the main theatre space and plugging in new facilities via extensions. The proposed cladding panels wrap the old building, improving its performance and giving it a whole new life.
