So currently to work towards this vision we operate two services, a traditional home-buying service and a national online/hybrid

estate agency geared around quick managed turnarounds. Service 1: Where we purchase a customer's property now, typically at circa 85% of value. Service 2: Where we manage a quick sale targeting and prioritising buyers and investors in immediate and attractive positions to purchase. Currently we are among the top 10 largest online/hybrid agents across the UK. There are no tie-ins and we will always operate no, sale, no fee. We intent to disrupt how the majority of homeowners view selling a home. We believe it makes no sense that selling a property is often classed the most stressful ordeal.
