Getting there! 💪

Progress is moving well on this project in Padstow, it’s all starting to come together.

So far we’ve got the screed down, stud walls up, and steels completed. The plastering is underway, Juliet balconies installed, underfloor heating laid, and MF ceilings installed.

Plenty more to do but great to see it taking shape!

We’re starting the year with an exciting new project in Padstow – and what a view! 👀✨

This is a full refurbishment, including removing walls, full rewire, installing a brand-new kitchen, adding two new en-suites, and a new bathroom. The existing windows will be getting removed by a local company and fitted with Juliet balconies to make the most of the wonderful view.
