Here is a quick look at one of our recent projects involving a comprehensive bathroom refresh, plastering, and some neat carpentry work to hide exposed pipework.
What I did:
Bathroom Renovation:
A full overhaul including updating the space, refreshing the tiling area, and giving the walls a clean, modern finish.
Plastering & Patching:
Fixed several damaged wall and ceiling areas (including water stain repairs) to achieve a nice surface before painting.
Professional Painting:
Complete preparation and painting of walls, ceilings, and woodwork using high-quality moisture-resistant paint.
Pipe Boxing-In (Bedroom):
Neat custom carpentry to conceal unsightly, exposed central heating pipes, completely transforming the corner of the room

Attic transformation check! (No people were permanently melted in the making of this post) 🪜 Braved the extreme attic heatwave to completely overhaul this space:
1️⃣ Brand-new mineral wool to keep the house warm in the winter (and keep me sweating yesterday and today!).
2️⃣ Raised flooring for safe, sturdy storage without crushing the insulation.
3️⃣ A new, secure attic ladder for easy access.A more energy-efficient house, extra storage, and a free sauna session for me—win-win-win! 💦

Here we go! Work on painting the front of the house has just kicked off. The weather was on my side this weekend—and thank goodness for that, because I have a mountain of work ahead of me. It’s quite a challenge: restoring the wooden elements to their former glory involves a lot of scraping, filling, priming, and sanding! Not to mention the actual painting itself. :)
