Venetian style fence and raised sleeper bed🤩

Old job from the start of the summer.
The customer requested a venetain style fence and raised sleeper bed to be level across the garden despite it having a steep pitch so a lot of scribing and cuts were needed to achieve this. They requested Venetian style battening inside their pergola to modernise the area. We also had to feed some armoured cable through behind the battening to allow for lights to be installed on a future date.

🤩Patio area transformation🤩

This garden was in need of a major transformation as you can see from the last image. We dismantled 3 sheds, old slabs were removed and disposed of. Full dig out to allow for a 100mm type 1 MOT sub-base ready for laying. On this project we used 900x600 20mm thick Bahama white porcelain slabs from stone saver on a full contact bed with pavestone’s priming slurry.

Flower beds framed out and fence posts put up ready for Venetian style fence! And to complete the area a bespoke diamond shape pergola with a bespoke design on the rafters to give it a stand out look!

A last minute request to build a sand pit for the kids surrounding the old slabs to give them a fun area to play with whilst still in view from the patio.

Bedroom makeover😁

This old bedroom was in need of a makeover so we did just that! Walls repainted with a half and half design with navy blue and white. Skirtings and architraves were also glossed! Old laminate ripped up and new grey carpets laid down to give the room a cozy feeling ready for it be decorated in a superhero theme.

Large patio area done✅💪🏽

900x600 Riven Kandla natural grey sandstone slabs laid and point the old school way with a sand and cement mix upon customers request!

150mm French drain with decorative stone added around the edges to allow for drainage and spot lights installed in slabs to create a nice effect around the outer slabs!

Bespoke kitchen cupboard!

Was asked to get rid of the old glossed pine cupboard and replace it with a bespoke mdf one!

Cupboard was built using 18mm mdf along with the shaker door which was finished with 12mm mdf so it sat infront of cupboard to make it pop.

All painted in Valspar’s mid sheen marsh green, cupboard sealed at the bottom with black silicone and skirting and trim also added to finish it all off!

Front garden revamp🏡

Front garden completely transformed. Trees cut down and taken away. Followed by a new modern venetian style fence. Old stones removed and old membrane taken up as it was damaged from roots that come from the conifer trees. Ground levelled out and covered with two layered of w**d membrane but still under damp proof course of the house. Soldier course of charcoal block set in around the outside followed by 40mm blue slate chippings. To finish it off a Venetian style planter was added to give the garden a focal point with some plants to come.
