Totally transformed this front room with a new oak and glass balustrade button bead board fitted to wall behind new bespoke allenby navy and oak media wall with matching cupboard built under stairs. Bespoke tv unit made in workshop then fitted on site. oak skirting board and architrave fitted.

Kitchen and dining room wall knocked through to create a more flowing space and a new kitchen supplied and installed for a customer in scarborough

Patio in ayton taken up as it was loose and had been layed on spots
Relayed on a solid bed and pointed with fast set pointing

Had to go look at a balcony where the the paving was coming loose upon investigation it turns out they had been layed onto rubbered sterling board which had rotted away.
So removed back down to the block and beam and directly fibre glassed onto them to waterproof it.
Installed new door threshold and spliced in the jambs where they had rotted away due to water ingress.
Another company then came and resing coated the top and i returned to install a stainless steel handrail
Pretty pleased with the result

A job in Burton fleming completed where the render had come loose and was falling away from the building.
So it was knocked off and then found rotted chalk at the base of the gable so supported the wall and took it out and replaced it with new reclaimed bricks.
Ground all the joints out and repointed also put a new lintel above the upstairs window and installed a new sliding sash upvc window
