Just finished this conversion, I build the extension 20 years ago, the same customer got me in the convert it from a fully vaulted roof gym space , into a bedroom upstairs and spa area downstairs
I also fitted the kitchen 20 years ago, which is still in great condition, we removed the existing granite tops and replaced with a honed quartz top, and boiling water tap in copper, we turned the island around and extended it for more seating and refinished it in Vulcan ultra Matt
All woodwork is finished in Vulcan ultra Matt
Most walls and ceilings are finished in French grey dark eggshell, feature walls are Vulcan eggshell
The wall into the extension space is finished with oak acoustic paneling with secret door
The first floor is solid oak with a solid oak staircase and glass balustrade,
Electric velux and blinds, cloakroom upstairs and also one downstairs,
Walk in wardrobe, shower/steam cubicle, sauna, Japanese soaking bath
Overlay underfloor heating, plumbed into existing boiler.
