Recent kitchen installation completed.
Ripped out existing kitchen, and utility room.
Removing wall tiles and floor tiles.
Had Nicholas Wilson from NWE todo a rewire on the kitchen and update the consumer board to meet current regulations including chasing a cable into the floor to run power to 2 double sockets with USB in the island.
We then installed the Wren Kitchens and utility room, a local plaster came in and made good the walls where tiles were removed and we removed the door frame between kitchen and utility room.
Customer wanted under worktop lights with the handless profile so we router in and fitted a diffuser track to protect the LED lights.
Once the kitchen was fitted Sam Nevin team from Dalwood Designer Flooring ltd come in self levelled the floor throughout the downstairs including cloakroom, hallway understairs cupboard kitchen and utility room then returned to install a light grey LVT glue down floor.
And finally finished of the kitchen with a stone window cill to match the worktops from Tom Excell Kent Stone Fabrication

Decking and pergola upgrade for a local guest house on the isle of sheppey.
Decking was initially build 20+ years ago and had seen better days.
Started by taking down the existing decking and pergola, then built a new frame using 5 x 2 c24 treated timber and again for added protection treated all the timbers in black fence paint, then put the frame into the opening between the concrete foot path.
Levelled up the frame work and installed the 2 4 x 4 post buried into the ground and filled with post mix.
Installed a w**d barrier underneath the decking.
Then installed the perimeter decking and facia before infilling the middle starting a the front edge and scribing the last board into the house.
Then we installed the pergola using 6 x 2 timbers, fixing 1 to the wall and levelling across to the posts, then 5 timbers from wall to front edge with a ⅔ half lap joint, then installed the cross timbers again with ⅔ half lap joint.

2 sets of bedroom wardrobes fitted for a repeat customer.
1st bedroom consisting of 2 x 1m wardrobes with sliding doors each side having a draw, 2 shelves and a hanging rail. All finished in gloss white with a matching bedside unit.
2nd bedroom consisting of 2 x 400mm and 1 x 1m wardrobe 2 smaller wardrobe have 3 drawers and 4 shelves with middle wardrobe having 2 rails and a dividing shelves. Also adding extra storage with a 1m 4 drawer unit and 2 bedside tables. Finished with a J handle gloss white frontal and infills to fill the void between ceiling and wardrobe.
Wardbroes supplied by Howdens.

Composite decking completed ready for the customers hot tub.
Started with levelling out the ground and adding extra protection to the c24 5 x 2 timber from group by giving the 2 coats of fence paint, we then made up a frame work calculating where the hot tub will roughly sit we doubled up the joists and even add 2 x 120mm x 10mm flinch beams steels from Darren Hardy unit engineering. We then dug and concreted in 15posts, levelled the frame work ready for the decking. Finished decking is a pearl grey composite decking from Dino Decking. We added the finishing touches by going around the tree leaving plenty of space for movement and for the tree to move with out damaging anything.

Forgot to get any before photos for this 1. Myself and a friend Installed this little kitchen in 1 day. Wickes flat pack kitchen, navy blue frontals and walnut block effect laminate worktops.
Customer had already ripped the kitchen out to rewire and adjust the plumbing.
With no straight wall or floor in sight it thought us every step of the way, but we got it finished ready for customers other trades to come in over the next week.

Wren Kitchens installations completed,
Removed existing kitchen and tiles,
Installed new kitchen with cashmere frontal and solid teak worktops finished in 2 coats top and bottom of clear worktop varnish.
T Millward Ceramics came in and competed a herringbone tiled splash back behind the range oven and extractor,
Once Troy was finished we returned to install the range oven, extractor and new socket fronts.
Rest of walls were finished in a matching teak upstand.
With the off cuts of worktop I made a matching window cill.
Appliance are a belling Range cooked
Matt black extractor and chimney
Intergrated NEF dishwasher
Intergrated fridge and freezer.
300mm wine cooler
And all finished with a black composite sink.

Recent Wren Kitchens completed, forgot to get before photos,
Black grain effect facial on the bottom white grain effect doors on top.
White marble effect laminate worktops with matching splash back.
Intergrated fridge and dishwasher and a free standing washing machine.
Under counter lights
Pyrolytic oven, and gas hob and finished it off by managing to squeeze the customers water filter and water softener all into the cupboard under the sink with just about enough room for servicing.
