Firestone Rubber Roof / Balcony Completed Today in Hoylandswaine.

•Removal of ceramic floor tile covering & ply decking, which was completely rotten & completely saturated.
•Replacement of a number of rotten roof / floor Joists.
•Fully Re-Boarded with OSB Tongue & Groove Decking.
•New Cladding to the underside & instalation of 8x recessed / inset spot lights.
•New Upvc fascias, Gutters & Fallpipe.
•Instulation of Firestone Rubber roofing membrane with a 25 years manufacturers warranty.
•6” Lead Cover Flashings to wall abutment.
•Repaired hand rail post brackets to the balestrade, as these had rot (rust) to the base plates.
•Cleaned up & Re-installed the glass panels / balustrade.

Job completed to a very high standard within 3 days, leading to a very happy customer.

Floating composite decking to be installed on the balcony at a later date.
