Another bathroom complete 👌🚿

This one is in Lower Westholme, near Glastonbury, and is one of three bathrooms we're completing as part of a much larger project alongside Baxter Construction SW.

Our work on the property also includes a complete new heating system, finished off with a Grant Aerona air source heat pump to provide efficient, renewable heating for the home. 🌱

One bathroom left to finish, so we'll be back with plenty more photos and videos from this project in the next couple of weeks!

It’s all in the detail 🔧

A closer look at some of the first-fix plumbing going into our Alhampton project alongside Baxter Construction SW Ltd

With the walls still open, you can see the work that normally gets hidden away — neatly routed copper pipework, shower controls and water supplies all being installed ready for the next stages of the build.

Getting everything right at first fix makes all the difference when it comes to the finished job. 👌

This property will eventually have a complete new heating system, underfloor heating to the downstairs extension and an air source heat pump.

First Fix Underway in Alhampton

We’ve been busy on site alongside Baxter Construction SW Ltd working on the first fix for this large extension to an existing property.

Once complete, the property will benefit from a brand-new heating system, including:

🔥 Underfloor heating throughout the downstairs of the extension
🌱 Air source heat pump
🔧 New, efficiently designed heating system

Plenty more to come from this one as the project progresses — keep an eye out for the finished result!
