From worn and weather-damaged to clean and modern 👌

This project involved stripping the building back and completely upgrading the external finish to give it a fresh new lease of life.

🔨 Work completed:
• Removed all old damaged brick slips, rotten backer board & insulation
• Supplied and fitted new insulation, DPM & treated battens
• Installed new Cladco fibre cement cladding sheets
• Finished with all new profiles, corner beads & stop beads

A durable, low-maintenance finish that completely transforms the look of the building

Another successful roof cleaning project completed at The Bishops Barn in Wells for Wells City Council ✅

Our team carried out a full moss removal from the roof, along with clearing all valleys, gutters, and downpipes to ensure proper drainage and help protect this historic building for years to come.

For this project we used:
• Gutter Sucker Pro
• Sky Scraper Telescopic Roof Cleaning Kit
• Mobile Tower Scaffold

From stripped back to fully transformed 🔨✨

We started by taking everything right back to brick, removing all the old plaster to tackle the job properly from the ground up.

New studwork was installed, complete with insulation, damp proof membrane, and wall straps to ensure a solid, long-lasting finish. The room was then dry lined, bringing it back to life.

To finish things off, we installed new radiators and fully redecorated the space — leaving it fresh, warm, and ready for the customer to move back in.

Another great project completed for Wells City Council at Wells Town Hall 🏛️

All works were carried out in full accordance with listed building consent, ensuring the historic character of this beautiful building is preserved.

Our team installed new lead flashings and valley, along with careful Bath stone pointing to match the existing structure.

Scaffolding supplied by TFS Scaffolding Ltd 👷‍♂️

And not a bad view from the top — overlooking the stunning Wells Cathedral!

Everything set up and ready to go on one of our upcoming projects 👷‍♂️

Another excellent scaffold design and installation by TFS Scaffolding Ltd, built specifically to retain the outer skin of the building where the existing wall ties are failing.

We’ve got Target Structural booked in for June to begin retrofitting new wall ties across the entire building, securing it for the long term.

This project will also involve extensive take down and rebuild works to the brickwork — a full restoration effort to bring everything back up to standard.
