I sprained my wrist. Swivelling from right to left is sore. All due to cutting back plants and exerting pressure on the wrist. So I've wrapped my wrist in a comfrey poultice and will keep it on for 24 hours. It will be much better in the morning.

Bridget Kitley has over 35 years of experience working with plants and specializing in herbs for cosmetic, culinary, insecticidal and medicinal use. Experienced in Garden Maintenance, Design and Landscaping. Bridget has her own Cosmetic skin care range, BKHW Herb Cosmetics with no additives, very healing and moisturizing.

Having recently moved near Sherborne, Bridget’s intentions are creating a beautiful herb and vegetable garden where she lives and will be starting up the Herb Workshops that she has hosted successfully for years in South Africa.
