We’re delighted to share this recently completed project for some very happy clients! 🏡

The project involved replacing the existing tiered conservatory with a new single-storey rear extension, creating a spacious, light and airy living space, within the Belle Vue conservation area.

The new extension has transformed the home, providing a bright and welcoming living area, alongside a refurbished kitchen and a new downstairs WC — creating a much more practical and enjoyable space for everyday living.

A fantastic transformation and a pleasure to be involved from design through to completion. We’re thrilled with the finished result! 🙌

Planning permission granted ✅ and technical drawings complete 📐

We’re looking forward to seeing work commence on this two-storey side extension, over an existing garage, creating valuable additional living space and an additional en-suite bedroom.

Site progress 👷‍♂️

Great progress on this single-storey rear flat roof extension and internal alterations, to create a large open-plan kitchen / dining space.

Following approval of a Lawful Development Certificate, the shell is now up and taking shape nicely, with the knock-through to come to fully open up the new space.

Lovely project to be involved with. Internal alterations alongside new dormer windows and doors have completely transformed what was once an unused store room into a bright, open and functional kitchen space filled with natural light.

A successful start to the month, we’re pleased to have secured two more planning approvals:

A single-storey rear dining extension alongside a two-storey side extension providing a spacious master en-suite bedroom above a generous garage.

And a two-storey rear extension designed to create generous additional living space at ground floor, including a new utility room, with a twin bedroom above to support the needs of a growing family.
