Two flat roofs with strummit boards. Both removed and boarded with osb3. Larger roof had coping stones bedded and pointed. Very happy with the outcome

A very involved job! All bottom three rows of slate glued together! So had to break them up. Also rotten boards underneath along with noggings! New boards, lead, slate and hips. Lead expansion joint welded to place to allow movement, Finished with patination oil to protect the lead.
