For this downstairs toilet, we created bespoke boxing around the existing pipework, added an accessible stopcock panel, fitted the skirting and finished everything ready for the customer.

The result? A much cleaner, neater space. 👌

We constructed bespoke boxing around the pipework, incorporated an access panel for the stopcock, fitted the skirting and completed the preparation and painting — leaving everything neat, accessible and professionally finished.

A great patio starts long before the final slab is laid.

For this project, we transformed the outdoor space with a new paved patio, taking care of the job from the ground preparation right through to the finishing touches.

The centrepiece is the decorative circular feature, carefully set out and incorporated into the surrounding paving to create something a little different from a standard patio.

🚪 BESPOKE FRENCH DOOR INSTALLATION 🚪

A great example of how a relatively simple idea can completely change the way two rooms look and feel.

For this project, our customer wanted to introduce a set of glazed French doors between the two living spaces — creating separation when needed while still allowing plenty of light through.

This wasn’t an off-the-shelf installation. We completed the transformation from start to finish:
🔹 Constructed a bespoke timber frame to suit the existing opening
🔹 Prepared and adapted the opening for the new doors
🔹 Professionally hung and aligned the glazed French doors
🔹 Installed the handles and finishing hardware
🔹 Plasterboarded and plastered around the new frame
🔹 Painted and decorated for a clean finished appearance

The result is a smart set of glazed double doors that gives the homeowner much more flexibility between the two rooms without making either space feel closed off.
It’s also a good example of the benefit of using Building Services S and J Limited for multi-trade projects — carpentry, plastering and decorating can all be handled as part of the same job.
