The first photo might look like a standard bathroom, but this project had some hidden secrets... 🫣
​Once we got under the surface, we found:
​💧 A slow-leaking shower that had soaked the floor.
​🍄 Moulding skirting boards.
​🧱 Tiles pulling away from the walls.
​❄️ And to top it off, the room was always freezing cold!

​The Solution:
We did a full strip-out to fix the damage properly. To make sure this bathroom stays warm and dry for years to come, we:
✅ Insulated the external walls and the floor (no more freezing mornings!).
✅ Installed a new, leak-free shower.
✅ Upgraded the ventilation to an automatic humidity sensor fan to stop future moisture build-up.
​The customer is now over the moon with a bathroom that isn’t just beautiful, but warm, solid, and built to last. 🚿✨

Making the most of every square inch in Bearsted!

We recently installed this utility for a lovely family who needed the extra space.

The goal here was simple: get the laundry and the "lifestyle clutter" out of the main kitchen so the heart of the home has more room to breathe.

A few things we love about this setup:

Noise Control: Closing the door on a spinning washing machine makes those kitchen coffees much more peaceful!

Smart Storage: Custom tall housing to hide away the ironing board and vacuum.

Durability: We used Howdens to make sure it is built to last with a 25 year guarantee.
