Today the office is stripping a downstairs of all its paint, wallpaper and skirtings before we start putting some love back into yet another flood damaged property!

Even though your building lighting may be working, is the emergency lighting system encapsulated within it operating correctly? A recent annual duration test at one of our clients revealed several fittings did not illuminate for the entire three-hour period as required. Several battery replacements later and the system was back in tip-top working order.

Don’t take our word for how your solar system is operating, see it for yourself with the aid of an App. This hybrid battery system is working exactly as we designed, with the solar PV generation reducing the need for grid supplied electricity and almost all the surplus electricity going to the battery for use later in the day. The bar at the bottom of the screen showing that only 2% of the days generation has ended up going back to the grid.

Electric under-floor heating installed to a bathroom. Insulation boards fitted first, then castellated panelling and a loose wire system spaced evenly around the floor area. Finally everything covered with self-levelling compound ready for the tiler. All controlled by an intelligent wi-fi compatible programmer allowing the customer to set and control the floor temperature via an app.
