Recent job completed:

Customer reached out as had been let down by someone who had already started the job but never finished

Job required cutting out and removing the damaged rotted chipboards, replacing the bath trap and some waste pipe and installing new chipoard flooring followed by a vinyl floor and new bath panel.

(Labour cost only as customer already had materails from the job previously started )

Very happy customer who can finally have the full use of her bathroom once again .

TAKE A LOOK AT THESE BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER PICTURES!

The customer had recently purchased the home, the garden had been left unattended to for many years and was completely overgrown.

Firstly I started by clearing the whole garden leaving only what bushes and trees the customer had chose to keep.
This revealed a large flagged area and also a privacy fence that ran parralel with a void space behind.
The customer wanted it completely opened up and turfing. So I went ahead and removed the privacy fence, all the concrete blocks and posts and lifted all the flags leaving just the middle row of flags leading to the bottom of the garden at the customers request.
I then went ahead and prepared the ground ready for turf. Rotavating and removing any roots ,rocks and unwanted debris. Before adding topsoil and finishing off with a good quality durable turf.

This was all done on a friendly budget for the customer keeping the costs to a minimal and creating an open green space for their small grandchildren and dog.
