Embsay start 2026 putting another 3 points on the board 💪⚽️🔵

The blues went 2 goals ahead within the first 20 minutes of the game, but were soon pegged back by a tidy finish from Skipton Town AFC striker. Nevertheless, a superb 25 yard strike from midfielder Jacob Ratcliffe gave Embsay their 2 goal cushion back before the break 🚀

The 2nd half Embsay continued to dominate with nice flowing football, resulting in 2 more goals for the blues. Skipton scored a 2nd from a dubious quick free kick which wasn’t deemed offside. However the lads got a 6th goal to put the game well and truly to bed ✅ 💪

And we’re back…

After a well deserved Christmas break the lads are back this afternoon facing Skipton Town AFC in the league. Embsay faced the opposition at the start of the season coming away with a 5-1 win, so the lads will be hoping for a similar result today ⚽️

With the freezing temperatures the game has been moved to Sandylands All Weather Pitch. All support welcome 💪🔵
