Job vacancy

I am potentially looking to add a person to my growing business.

They must be punctual, hardworking, polite with clients, and willing to learn. These attributes are a must! I pride myself on not only my work but my client relationships.

I carry out all aspects of building works so I am looking for somebody that is willing to work hard, listen and learn, and in return I will help pass on my skills and knowledge helping them to develop into a skilled builder themselves. This will inevitably be a benefit to both parties.

The harder they work the more they will gain from this opportunity.

I would prefer them to be able to drive but it is not essential if indeed they are local to Sleaford or surrounding areas we may be able to sort the necessary arrangements.

At present I have 6-8 months work ahead and as long as the works continues to progress so will the business and the applicants position.
I am not looking for anybody, they do have to meet the above requirements and will start immediately on a day to day probation to see how it works for not only myself, but for them also. As we will be working together it has to be somebody I can trust and work with.
