First job of the year.
Hip end slated roof stripped back with the front side and hip end slated using chinese slates (which really are terrible slates) with the back side of the house slated using the old previously stripped slates
New lead flashing round the chimney
Full dry ridge system using the old ridges
Eave vents installed to provide air flow and a slate vent to allow the extractor fan to leave the roof space where previously it was just going into the roof space with no where to escape
