🏗️ Barn Conversion Project Update

Milestone completed this week with over 300 tonnes of material excavated, crushed, processed and reused on-site for ground build-up. ♻️

The site is now prepared with a solid sub-base in place, ready for the next stage of construction. Reusing materials on-site has reduced waste, minimised haulage, and delivered a sustainable solution for the project.

Next up: membrane, reinforcement mesh and concrete pour. 👷‍♂️✅

✅ All hand dug with restricted access through the neighbour’s fence onto protected driveway

We’re nearing completion on this garden & Drivewaytransformation — and it’s coming together beautifully 👌

✅ Large format porcelain patio fully laid and prepped for grouting
✅ Charcoal porcelain setts installed to define curves and transitions
✅ Topsoil levels brought up ready for turfing
✅ Driveway kerbs all laid and 20mm open bind tarmac installed for driveway extension.
✅ Entrance completed using Tobermore Shannon Charcoal blocks — ready for final sand and compaction

Next up:
➡️ Grouting the porcelain
➡️ Preparing for 115m² Resin Mill Cappucino installation with primer + crack reduction mesh
