đź’¨ Bathroom Ventilation Upgrade
This bathroom was suffering with excess moisture, which had started to damage the ceiling over time. The existing wall fan wasn’t an overrun fan, meaning it switched off as soon as the light went off and didn’t run long enough to properly extract the humidity after showers.
We’ve now installed a new ceiling extractor fan with overrun timer, allowing the fan to continue running after the light is turned off. This helps clear the remaining moisture from the room and protects the ceiling and decor from future damage.
Good ventilation isn’t just about comfort — it’s essential for preventing damp, mould, and long-term property damage.
