Side Passage renovation, changed the roof from a twin wall polycarb roof to an insulated rubber roof with two flat roof lights, new down lights, levelling the existing floor which was up to 50mm out of level in places, when dry fitted Polyflor Camaro wood effect planks which were stuck down.

The toilet had insulated plasterboard applied to the walls, the ceiling in the passageway, toilet and toilet walls were then skimmed.

A new toilet, basin and cabinet from Clifton Trade Bathrooms was then fitted, the tiles were supplied by the customer.

New skirtings were fitted and so was a new door to the toilet area.

All areas were then painted, both the customer and I were pleased with the finished result.

The customer supplied the dartboard.

Completed a conversion from a garage to a media room, the customer wanted to do the painting themselves, we were all pleased with the finished result.
