Service Impact
During the scheduled upgrade window, identified by the Product Development team to minimise disruption, some services may be temporarily unavailable. Downtime is expected to be approximately 30 minutes, with a maximum duration of up to 2 hours in rare circumstances.

Services temporarily unavailable:
Access to the PyronixCloud platform will be unavailable — including registering new systems and renewing cloud subscriptions.
Guard Response services will be unavailable.
Remote access via HomeControl2.0 and other smart device applications will not be possible.
Remote connections via InSite will be unavailable for cloud-connected systems.
Push notifications and system events will be delayed or unavailable.
Affected systems include Enforcer, Euro 46 and Euro 76 control panels
