Commercial carpentry experience is essential, along with fire door experience, a valid CSCS card and Enhanced DBS. If you do not currently hold Enhanced DBS, we can take care of this for you.

We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed as Main Contractor on a major fire door replacement project across three live school sites for our valued client, EQUANS:

• Jack Hunt Academy
• Ken Stimpson Academy
• Queen Katharine Academy

The project will include the survey, supply and installation of in excess of 250 new fire doorsets, with all installations completed under the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation Scheme.

The works are due to commence in late autumn and are anticipated to be delivered over an 18-week programme within live school environments, requiring careful planning, safeguarding, sequencing and coordination to minimise disruption to pupils, staff and daily school operations.

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a new lifecycle works project by Equans UK & Ireland at North Middlesex University Hospital, where we will be acting as the main contractor.

The project will include:

• Replacement of the main entrance automatic doors
• Refurbishment of the entrance handrails and balustrades
• Renewal of the entrance barrier matting
• Restoration of the external paving
• Specialist cleaning, grinding and polishing of the main reception floor tiles
• Repairs and improvements to the main reception desk
• Wall and ceiling redecoration
• Cleaning and restoration of the metal ceiling grid system
• Associated electrical and finishing works

Working within a busy, live hospital environment will require careful planning and close coordination to ensure the main entrance and reception remain safe, accessible and operational throughout the project.

We are pleased to continue our established working relationship with EQUANS and look forward to delivering another successful project safely, to a high standard and with minimal disruption to hospital staff, patients and visitors.

We are pleased to share that we have secured a new project at Jack Hunt School, Peterborough, in collaboration with our valued client, EQUANS.

The works will be delivered over the upcoming summer holidays as part of the academy’s lifecycle scheme, with Site Solutions acting as Main Contractor.

Scope of works includes:

• External cleaning to existing render
• Decorations to existing render, covering 1,000m²+
• Renewal of car park drainage and ACO drains
• Replacement of 187 science classroom gas taps
• Internal decorations to classrooms
• Renewal of the staff room kitchen
• Installation of 250m² of hygiene cladding

We are pleased to announce that works have now commenced on the refurbishment project on Oak Ward at University Hospital Lewisham, forming part of the wider lifecycle scheme.

We will be acting as Main Contractor, working in collaboration with our valued client, Equans UK & Ireland, over a 12-week programme.

As this is a live ward environment, careful sequencing and coordination will be essential to ensure the works are carried out safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to staff, patients and visitors.

Our scope of works will be carried out across 10 assisted WCs, 10 patient bays, side rooms and corridors, covering approximately 9150 sq ft of floor space, and includes:

• Replacement vinyl flooring, including floor preparation, latex levelling and coved skirting details
• Hygienic wall cladding with welded joints
• IPS panels, vanity units and new sanitaryware
• Installation of corner guards and bed head protection
• Ceiling tile and grid works
• M&E alterations, testing and commissioning
• Full decorations
