Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony at Bay House.

This project will transform the school, delivering 6,862m² of new teaching blocks alongside the refurbishment of over 4,000m² of the existing estate.

Our Welborne site team has once again been recognised for their outstanding Health and Safety performance in the Work Safe at Welborne Construction Safety Audit, earning the title of “Best Groundworker.”

This achievement is especially rewarding given the high level of competition, the fast-paced programme to deliver phased infrastructure for the development launch, and our position as the longest-standing contractor on site.
