We are on the lookout for a friendly, organized person to join the team at G.P. Mason Electrical Contractors in our Southend office (SS2 4LU)!
This is a fantastic Part-Time Office Admin role for someone who loves to keep things organized and can jump from managing jobs to speaking with customers.
The Role (What you’ll be doing):
🏠 General office administration
💬 Answering calls and handling customer inquiries
📅 Booking and managing jobs for our electricians
💰 Small business accounts and bookwork (Experience with Xero is a bonus, but we will provide training!)
The Hours:
Part-time (12-16 hours per week).

New exterior lighting using remote Quintec dimmiming system on led strip, enclosed in quadrant profile and high tower pedestal fittings. All fitted by our electrician Izaac, overall it provides a great visual spectacle and illumination.

New lighting scheme installed to Kings Road United Reform Church. We have provided remote dimmable lighting to create infinite mood lighting for the different usage of the church, be it a church service or a concert.
