Our latest project, undertaken in collaboration with James Thompson from J.Thompson Building Contractor.

A single storey extension which will create an open plan living area with a utility and new kitchen. This will be a fantastic addition to the property.

Our first two weeks saw us complete the clearing of the garden, excavation of footings and concreting. Sub-structure and drainage. Over site and concreting of floor slab. Walls and cavity insulation under construction and a perimeter pathway around the extension laid using type one stone, ready for laying slabs once the exterior is complete.

Working for a very dear friend, we replaced the existing wall mounted handrail with a brand new Oak balustrade complete with toughened glass.

We moved the centre line of the balustrade over to accommodate the timber beam and wall above, creating complete continuity of the handrail, allowing safe and comfortable use of the stairs from top to bottom.

A panelling project undertaken for our customer, completed last month. We used 12mm MDF, trimmed down to 100mm width strips to create the overall look and capped off each section with a small, MDF profile moulding.

Shout out to Drage who undertook the decorating. Top notch finishing, as always!

A two-storey extension completed at the end of July 2023 for a lovely family in Southam. Undertaken in collaboration with James Thompson from J.Thompson Building Contractor.
We were contracted to build the shell only for this particular project. 🏡

This was an interesting one with the gradient of the ground falling away sharply. We built retaining walls with a block and beam floor construction, creating a walkway and patio area around the extension. Steps were formed linking the platform and the garden. ⚒️🧱

The downstairs will form an open plan kitchen area with separate toilet and utility. The first floor will comprise of two new bedrooms, one a master en-suite.

A recent kitchen installation for a lovely family in Binley Woods. We removed existing kitchen, altered electrics and plumbing to suit new design and levelled the floor.

New laminate flooring laid throughout the kitchen/diner, complete with skirting and complimented by internal glazed doors.

Just completed the first bedroom for our customer. The flooring will be rolled out along the landing and into the second bedroom in the coming months.

We laid oak engineered flooring in a herringbone pattern with a single boarder. Fire check door linings fitted and oak veneered fire doors installed, bringing the first floor up to regs in preparation for a loft conversion next year.

Teamed up with James Thompson from J.Thompson Building Contractor to deliver a single-storey kitchen extension, including mains-fed underfloor heating! We completed the kitchen in June, and added a utility room and a downstairs toilet in August. 🛠️

Massive thanks to the team we worked with on this one: Charles Coles for the plumbing and heating, Richard Wood from Intolec Ltd for the electrics, Jamie Andrews for the Bi-folds/windows/external back door, and Sam Raine for the plastering and rendering.

We crafted stud walls, closed existing doorways, and built a media wall. Internal doors, skirting, and architrave added the finishing touches.
