📍 Monks House Lane, Spalding — Site Update

Works at our Monks House Lane development in Spalding continue to progress well, with all backend infrastructure works currently on programme and due to be completed this month.

Alongside this, we have already commenced the frontend works across the site, including patios, driveways and adoptable footpaths, as preparations begin for the first handovers in the coming months.

Great progress is being made by all involved and we look forward to seeing the development continue to take shape over the coming weeks.

📍 Wisbech, Cambridgeshire — Outbuilding Project Update

Works continue to progress well on our outbuilding project over in Wisbech, with the team now back on site completing the substructure brick & blockwork along with the concrete flooring works.

With these stages moving forward nicely, the next phase will see the superstructure brickwork being completed by our team as the project continues to take shape.

📍 Lime Walk, Long Sutton — Site Update

Works at our Lime Walk development in Long Sutton are progressing nicely, with all backend works currently on programme and due to be completed by the end of the month.

The team have made excellent progress across the site and, once these phases are complete, we will be temporarily pulling off site until the front-end works are ready to commence.

We look forward to returning for the next stage and continuing to push the development forward.

📍 Wisbech, Cambridgeshire — Site Update

The last few weeks have seen us make great progress on this outbuilding project over in Wisbech, with the foundations now fully excavated and poured ready for the next stage of works.

We are now moving forward with the substructure brick & blockwork, followed by the floor slabs being prepared and concreted as the project continues to take shape.

📍 Stilton, Peterborough — May Update

The last few weeks have seen us make huge progress across our Stilton development, with major milestones being achieved throughout the site.

To date, we have successfully poured 26 footings and placed over 1,200m³ of foundation concrete, marking a significant step forward in the programme. Deep drainage operations are now underway, alongside a range of enabling works which have now been completed to prepare the site for the next phases of construction.

To top it all off, we are incredibly proud to have received the results of our client’s external Health & Safety audit, achieving 0 defects and securing our client’s first ever 100% audit score — a fantastic achievement and testament to the hard work, professionalism and standards maintained by everyone involved on site.

Great progress all round and we look forward to pushing on over the coming months.

📍 Pinchbeck, Dropped Kerb

Another dropped kerb successfully delivered for our client 👏

This job was planned, prepped, and completed within just a 3-day window at short notice. A fantastic effort from the lads to get this started on Wednesday and wrapped up by Friday 💪

The client was extremely happy with the result, and we really appreciate the 5⭐ review we received!

📍 Fleet, Pothole Repairs

A permanent, cost-effective solution to fixing your driveway! The lads worked extremely hard over the weekend to get this project based, topped, and finished with a hard-wearing top strip to reduce the possibility of lifting or recreating another pothole. Another solid job completed and built to last. 💪

📍 Limewalk, Long Sutton

We’re currently preparing the final section of roadway, marking an important step toward project completion.

Works underway include:
🔹 Installation of mains drainage
🔹 Kerb bracing
🔹 Stoning and compacting
🔹 Tarmacing to complete the roadway

Once complete, this will allow the site to utilise its permanent (“forever”) entrance, improving access and overall presentation.
