Another few hours last night prepping for the trademen coming in!

✅ Rads drained and removed

✅Channels cut in walls for gas and Rad pipework

✅Sink disconnected and removed

✅Damp Repaired

✅another van load burnt

✅Shed Destroyed

Next jobs include:

- More clearing to do

-Pricing plan of the rooms

- Plumber to re route the previously exposed and ugly pipework

- plasterer to fill the channels and some small repairs.

Its took a mighty long time to land a deal due to the crazy market conditions at present but today we finally got the keys to our first flip project!

Theres a lot to do so follow our posts to keep up as we progress!
