- **Undersized Drainage:** Existing clay pipes were less than 100mm and couldn't handle the load.

**Our Solution:**
1. **Comprehensive Survey:** We assessed the entire drainage system and identified the root cause—undersized and overpowered drainage.
2. **Excavation and Installation:** We excavated the area and installed two separate gully systems, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient layout.
3. **Upgraded Pipes:** We replaced the old clay pipes with durable 110mm underground PVC pipes, ensuring a proper gradient (15mm-25mm per meter) for smooth waste flow.
4. **Regulation Compliance:** We topped everything off with pea shingle and warning tape, adhering to UK regulations.
5. **Toilet Drain Relocation:** We relocated the toilet drain from above ground to an underground position for a neater appearance.
6. **Complete Overhaul:** We installed a stench pipe, new 10-ton rated inspection cover, all new PVC pipes, and renewed sink waste traps and toilet connections with solvent cement for a watertight seal.
