✔️ Chimenys grinded out and repointed with new flanche
✔️ Led valley removed and replaced with a GRP fibreglass valley

‼️ The original surveyor reported the roof to be in good condition. However, the customer requested an independent roof inspection, which identified significant defects and confirmed that a full replacement was required. A good reminder of why an independent roof inspection is always worth considering when buying a property!
