🚨 Squirrel Damage Repaired in Penkridge 🚨

We were called out this morning to a property in Penkridge after squirrels had caused serious damage to the roof area.

As you can see, once the tiles were removed, the felt and timber underneath had been badly affected. We stripped the damaged section back, installed fresh breathable membrane, re-battened the area, and got everything repaired properly.

Small issues like this can quickly turn into leaks and bigger roof problems if left untreated.

New dry valley fitted in Rugley yesterday 🏠🔨

The old valley had failed and was letting water get underneath the roof tiles, so we stripped it back, removed the damaged sections and fitted a brand new dry valley system.

A much cleaner, stronger and longer-lasting finish — and most importantly, it keeps the roof watertight without relying on old mortar that can crack and fail over time.
