This job had a few delays due to issues that arose during removal
Unsoldered fitting buried in block work
Hairline crack due to incorrect blocks

Some of you may already know ( and already met some if not all of our team) that at the beginning of the year Me and Tom went into Partnership after a successful trial period.

We have had the pleasure of working on some great projects already along with our regular maintenance and repair work.

Combi conversion completed this week in preparation for a new bathroom from C & G Bathrooms as they needed the additional space in the airing cupboard.

Ideal Logic Max c35 with 10 years warranty squeezed into the existing kitchen cupboard that housed the old boiler.

Filter located in cupboard next door and hidden with false back and shelves cut to suit.

the customer took some before and after pictures of a recent bathroom we completed.

Not the easiest size and shape but it came together really well.

All pipework lost into walls and floor
Wedi board used in all wet areas
Kinetic wireless light switch
Niche at a suitable height for bath and shower
3 way diverter valve positioned to be able to turn bath and shower on without getting in bath
Towel rad positioned next to bath

Vaillant Ecofit Pure 835 combi boiler with 10 years manufacturers warranty.

Utilising the rear flue option this is one of the best cupboard fit combi boilers on the market.

Heat only and boiler mate out

35kw combi in to meet families hot water demand

Heating downrated to 13kw.

Pipework kept tidy below boiler.

System magnacleansed as upon draining system the system was already pretty clean.

First installation since coming back from bicep tendon surgery 3 months ago.

Could not have got through this without my apprentice Harvey, he has really stepped up while ive been off the tools.
