Another hidden space transformed into a statement feature, this time in Ingleby Barwick 🫡

This bespoke under-stairs wine cellar was designed to make the most of every bit of space, combining practical storage with a striking architectural focal point.

Crafted in oak and stained in Stone Grey by KO Fine Finishes the unit features custom wine racking, integrated LED lighting, 10mm toughened glass doors and panels, and matt black hinges and handles for a clean contemporary finish. To ensure the cellar could be appreciated from every angle, we also incorporated a full-height vision panel to the side of the enclosure, allowing the display to be visible from multiple viewpoints throughout the home.

A perfect example of how an often-overlooked space can become one of the standout features of a property.

Wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling bespoke TV unit installed in Sedgefield — designed to completely transform this family room and make a statement the second you walk in.

Large fluted panels frame the centre section, finished with a traditional cornice to tie everything together and give it that full fitted look.

Each shelving section features hidden LED strip lighting, adding warmth and depth without any visible fixings.

Finished in Farrow & Ball Shaded White, with 22mm CNC Hydrofugo MDF shaker effect doors, brushed brass k**b handles, and fully adjustable internal shelving — built for style, class, and functionality.

The perfect reading hideaway for the little bookworm 🤩📚

This project involved converting the existing wardrobe in the last image in the slide into a bespoke children’s reading snug — designed to be both practical and playful. Featuring integrated shelving for books and display, six drawers either side for storage, and a built-in slide to bring a bit of fun into everyday use.

Finished in Kakelugn Blue by Farrow & Ball at the hands of this piece shows how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can completely reimagine a space.

The high end wine bar experience, in your own home 🍷

This bespoke home bar we manufactured and installed in Seaton Carew was built completely to the client’s vision—bringing a luxury, boutique bar-style feel into their home.

Finished in Old Street by Coat, paired with a quartz worktop, this setup combines both function and atmosphere. Featuring an integrated bottle fridge, a dedicated wine display cabinet, full-width hanging glass racks and antique mirrored backs to reflect the space and light.

Dimmable LED lighting throughout the open cabinets finishes it off perfectly, creating that warm, ambient glow for entertaining.

Love how this bespoke coffee station turned out on a rather large project in Wynyard. One of many pieces of fitted furniture we made on this property but quite possibly my favorite. Built to turn an unused space into something both practical and beautiful, this piece features live edge solid wood worktops, purpose made and manufactured bespoke, then stained and lacquered by to bring out the natural character of the timber.

The upper section is fitted with bi-fold doors, opening to reveal a dedicated coffee station with a built-in coffee machine and plenty of shelving for cups, beans, and all the essential accessories. Below, we integrated a wine cooler and fridge, making the unit just as functional for entertaining as it is for the morning coffee routine.

This is a great example of what can be achieved with the empty spaces often found in new build properties. With bespoke joinery, those spaces can be transformed into something completely tailored to how the client wants to live — whether that’s a coffee station, bar, pantry or display unit.

This bespoke TV unit in Wynyard was carefully designed to maximise storage in a children’s playroom, while still reading as a classic, timeless feature once the toys are tucked away.

Full-width shaker doors and tall side cupboards stacked with endless shelving, frame the curved OLED TV, providing generous hidden storage without compromising on proportion or elegance. Finished with antique brass half-moon handles to complement the traditional detailing throughout, the unit blends practicality with timeless class and style.

A fully bespoke media wall manufactured and installed in Wynyard ✨

Finished in Farrow & Ball French Grey, this custom TV unit has been designed to bring balance, detail and warmth to the space. The layout features four shaker-style cupboard doors framing a Charlton & Jenrick 1500e Infinity electric fire, creating a strong central focal point.

Shaker-style pillars have been hand made an fitted to each section of this beautiful unit to mirror the door profile, complemented by traditional Victorian cornice detailing to complete the classic aesthetic. LED-lit shelving softly illuminates the reeded panelling to the rear, adding depth and ambience while enhancing the overall finish.

Designed, manufactured and installed precisely to the home and the client’s vision.
