Client asked us to install a new foundation ready for an extension to be built however upon surveying this job we noticed that a main drain would be in the way of this. We moved the drain with ease to allow us to get on with the initial job at hand.

Working for a returning customer in Houghton-Le-Spring

Client had surface water collecting in their courtyard and asked us to renew the rotunda circle and install some aco drains.

We installed this patio with a slight fall to the aco drains to allow the water to easily drain away, the aco was installed into the surface water manhole. We added a lid to this inspection chamber allowing the client access do they ever need it.

All prep work undertaken in house utilising our NPORS operator license.

We managed to move approx 20 tonne of spoil and incorporated it into the clients land to keep the costs minimal.

Customer asked us to build a composite decking pad along with a nice new patio area.

As always the client has a wide range of finishing products to choose from, on this occasion the client chose to opt for a lovely indian sandstone finished with a grey slate along with a timber border.
