A little one for the first day back , here we felted a little lean to what had been built and sealed to the house with a lead flashing, this is a 3 layer felt system . We also did the customers little girls playhouse for her keep her dry in the upcoming storms

Finally finished for Xmas,
Here we had a bit of trouble regarding the joiners who put the job back and then not turning up so we toon it upon ourselves to do all the joinery work .
We fitted the wall plates, truss form joists and with this being a warm roof we had to board it with an 18 mm osb then add a vapour barrier then 150mm celotex , finished off with another 18mm osb board and then finished off with the a felt system. We also fitted a new roof lantern on this property which are a more modern look that traditional flat roofing products .

Finished article, here we stripped everything down to joist new eave trays , rafter roll, felt baton and finished in a Marley anthracite plain tile with a traditional hip end , we fitted 5 new velux roof windows and also new black soffit fascia and gutters to make the property look brand new again.

There’s new pvc roof windows , eave trays , new felt , baton finishes off with some low pitch concrete double roll to meet all regulations . Fit a lead apron across to seal where it meets original house finished with a wet verge as requested by customer
