Hello everyone 👋

I just want to apologise to anyone waiting on replies, estimates or bookings over the last while. Messages have unfortunately been left much longer than I would ever normally allow.

The reason for this is that my partner became seriously unwell and underwent emergency spinal surgery. Over the past while, my full focus has had to be on supporting recovery, caring for our two young children and keeping everything together at home during a very difficult time for our family.

Thankfully things are now starting to settle a little, and I’m sitting down today/tonight to work through all messages, estimates and getting jobs booked back in properly. With the backlog of messages, if you are still waiting on a reply, please send another message over and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

I genuinely appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding and continued support for my business during this time — it honestly means a lot 🔧🚿

Fallen behind on my page again with being so busy!

This was THE worst install I’ve ever seen, it was installed horrifically, it was literally a ticking time bomb 💣 I’m not one to call out other installers at all but whoever installed this should be ashamed of themselves.

This was all ripped out and converted to a new Ideal logic max combi boiler which comes with a 10 year manufacturer warranty for the customers peace of mind! ⭐
