That Scratching in Your Loft? It Might Not Be What You Think.

Their powerful teeth can cause damage to roof timbers, joists, water tanks, pipework, and roof tiles — as well as destroying loft insulation and stored belongings.
Squirrels are exceptional climbers, capable of leaping several feet from nearby trees or fences to access your roof. Once they find a weakness in your roofline, they'll use the same entry point repeatedly as part of their territory.
