This property’s sash windows had suffered from years of exposure and general wear. Our refurbishment works include replacement parting beads, staff beads, bottom rails, new hardwood cills and spiral balances replacements, restoring both function and appearance.

All repairs have been completed and left in a high-quality undercoated finish, ready for final decoration. Another step toward preserving the character and longevity of these timber windows.
