📢 Part 1:
As we enter the heating season, we want to be completely transparent with you about our current schedule and why we might be harder to reach than usual.
From 7th September through to 24th October, our team is working around the clock to keep your homes warm. To give you an idea of the current demand:
• 8am to 7pm Shifts: Most of our days are spent on-site.
• Only 2 Days Off: In this entire 48-day period, we are only taking two days of break in total to recharge, both are Sundays.
What this means for your calls and messages:
Because we are fully focused on hands-on tools during these long hours, we are unable to return messages by the end of the day or pick up phone calls while we are on jobs.
Please bear with us—we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
📍 Part 2: To our valued customers in Coventry:
Due to our intense schedule and the crazy cost of fuel, we unfortunately have to charge significantly more if we travel out to Coventry right now.
Instead of paying those extra travel fees, we highly recommend contacting A&E Heating. We trust them completely, and we know they will take fantastic care of you.
