We recently completed another installation for a customer who had just moved into a property. They were experiencing issues with running out of hot water after his wife took a shower. Upon inspection, we determined that their hot water cylinder was too small for their four-bedroom house. We recommended installing a Vaillant combination boiler, which features a small tank in the back. Now, the customer has enough hot water for the entire family! 👍

Water had seeped into the old Potterton Profile, leading to a complete breakdown of the system. I received a call from a concerned customer who reported water leaking through his ceiling. Upon inspection, we discovered that his boiler, which was only two years old, was leaking due to a split in the main heat exchanger. We replaced the old boiler with a brand-new Vaillant model that comes with a 10-year warranty.
