We're celebrating our 19th birthday today!

Kisiel Group started renovating properties in 2007 and we have been building new homes since 2016. Maintaining our focus on quality, we have changed from being a main contractor to a property developer.

Lukasz had the vision 19 year ago of what he wanted to achieve and here we are today busy creating investment and development opportunities in construction.

Reflecting on this, Lukasz says “I feel fortunate to have my team supporting my plans for the business. Winning a range of awards over the last eight years, just shows their dedication to a quality job each time.”

Kisiel Group are proud to have built these 21 stunning apartments for our developer client SMC INVESTCORP LIMITED. This is our third contract with SMC and the main feature on this project was the unusual shape of the roof which has created an outstanding architectural feature.

As an FMB Master Builder, Lukasz was able to speak to the Minister about some of the real issues facing builders in London to do with supply chain challenges and overcoming the skills shortages - all of which impact on building new homes in the capital.

Aspect 10/15 of the Kisiel journey sheds a light on our commitment to give opportunities for the personal growth of our team members.

We offer support in a variety of ways to those who want to develop their skills.

One way is through our ‘Developing Talent Internship Programme’ where we are delighted to see the success of the graduates who did a year’s placement in our company under this scheme.

Some had their graduation ceremonies delayed because of pandemic restrictions, but it has meant that they could all celebrate their achievements in the same week at the Kingston University graduation ceremonies.

Only a short time after the Construction Minister's visit to our Ealing site, the first block of apartments is starting to emerge as the scaffolding is taken down on one side.

As work progresses we will be revealing more of the building so you will be able to see the one, two, and three bedroom apartments set within landscaped gardens - giving residents a great outdoor space in which to relax.
