Another Major Milestone for C&P Engineering Services Ltd!

We’re proud to share another significant step forward for C&P Engineering Services Ltd, part of C&P Group Holdings, as we complete on 1B Sandringham Park to support our continued growth.

This acquisition completes the other half of 1 Sandringham Park, giving C&P Group Holdings the full 20,000 sq ft building. It allows us to spread C&P Engineering Services staff across both buildings and dedicate part of the space as the C&P Control Panel Services workshop and main offices.

This expansion is driven by the continued success and increasing demand across both C&P Engineering Services and C&P Control Panel Services, a clear reflection of the strength of our people, our capabilities, and the trust placed in us by our clients.

Our journey in perspective:
The original Gorseinon office, purchased in 1990, served the business exceptionally well until 2023. At approximately 3,400 sq ft, it was the foundation on which the company was built and grown for over three decades, a huge part of our 53‑year history.

Fast forward to today and we now operate from:

1A Sandringham Park – Home of C&P Engineering Services Ltd and C&P Training Services Ltd
1B Sandringham Park – Home of C&P Control Panel Services Ltd and additional C&P Engineering Services staff
Wyndham Court, Llansamlet – Our Control Panel & Switchgear Workshop, which continues to operate and support significant works already in the pipeline

Together, these facilities total approximately 25,000 sq ft, a tangible demonstration of the growth of the business over the past five years, and our sustained investment in capacity, capability, and our people.

Alongside this, we also operate regional offices in Hull, supporting our expanding national footprint, while maintaining our Llansamlet panel shop to deliver major control panel and switchgear projects.

Bertie has an exciting new job!

In the “Exciting World of Work” workshop as part of The Bumbles of Honeywood Programme 🐝 we play a jobs quiz, we also discuss with the children why we need a job and benefits a job brings.

Children also explore what their is and we share with the class how these link to relevant they will need to be successful in their job choices in the future.

A huge Congratulations to Penlan Juniors as they land the Treble!

C&P Engineering Ltd sponsored Penlan Juniors in the AFC U12 Swansea district league during the 2022/23 season.

Looking splendid in their C&P Engineering Ltd kit. Penlan Juniors were undefeated in their first competitive season.

They went through the season with a record of P18 D1 L0 resulting in them running out the Swansea District Section A Champions.

There was a playoff against Section B winners Mumbles Rangers, where they triumphed 3-1.

To complete the treble, they went to home ground of Briton Ferry Football Club, where many a good player have graced the pitch, where during a pulsating game, they beat Morriston Town 4-2.

C&P’s Carl Gwyther, whose son Freddie plays for the team remarked “The boys have been together since playing under 5s mini football, by playing football together for so long, has resulted in a great team spirit and this is now the fruits of their labour”.

C&P Engineering Ltd wish Penlan Juniors all the best for 2023/24 campaign. Look out Manchester City!!

C&P Engineering Services Ltd are proud to be Sponsoring Ynystawe Cricket Club for the 2023 season.

To celebrate this event, several of C&P’s employees attended a match between Ynystawe and Neath cricket clubs on Saturday the 10th June. This proved to be a thoroughly enjoyable day, with an extremely exciting finish when Ynystawe managed to bowl Neath CC out for 173 to secure victory by five runs.

C&P Engineering Services Managing Director Paul Bunyan (pictured on the rear-right of the photograph) commented:

‘Thank you Ynystawe Cricket Club for a great day which was enjoyed by everyone and followed by an excellent result.

We were very well looked after and many thanks must go to the Chairman Phil Rowe and the superb food provided by the catering staff.

A fantastic day with an excellent result and we wish Ynystawe Cricket Club all the very best in their future endeavours in this league’.
