Another one wrapped up and what a difference from what we started with 👌

Old roof was well past its best, absolutely covered in moss and looking tired. Full strip and completely renewed, including the lower sections to get everything matching and looking right ⚫️

🟠 FROM BUCKETS TO BONE DRY 💧➡️🏠

We first got called out to this property in Port Talbot back in January, where water had started getting behind the existing fibreglass roof and completely saturating the boards underneath.

To make matters worse, once we started stripping it back, we found another old roof underneath that one 😬

Fast forward to this week and we got the call back. The customer was fed up of water coming through into the bathroom and having buckets out every time it rained. 🪣🌧️

So we stripped everything right back, removed the saturated boards and old roofing layers, re-boarded the roof and finished it with a brand-new EPDM rubber roofing system. ✅

The result? No more leaks. No more buckets. Just a watertight roof. 👌

🦅 EAGLE EYE IS ON THE MAP 📍

It might seem like a small thing to most people, but to us, this is a sign of progress.

When we started Eagle Eye Roofing & Building, the aim was always to keep moving forward, keep growing and build a name people around Swansea recognise and trust.

So seeing our new advertising board up on Llangyfelach Road, outside The Fords Club, with the Eagle Eye van parked underneath it, is a pretty proud moment for us. 🦅📈

Massive thank you to Jordan Fox for an unbelievable turnaround on this one. From the very first message, to print, to having the board up within just 2 days. Absolutely smashed it 👏🔥

Another little milestone ticked off and another sign that we’re heading in the right direction.

We got called out to a customer whose bedroom ceiling was pouring with water 🌧️🏠

Unfortunately, with the storm on its way, we didn’t have what we needed there and then to get it temporarily watertight. So we moved a few things around and got the job booked in ASAP.

That’s where ASAP Roofing stepped in 🤝 They managed to get out there and tarp the roof before the worst of the weather hit.

They were actually offered the job themselves, but instead they spoke highly of us to the customer and left the job with us ✅

That’s how it should be done lads 👏

No bad mouthing another company, no trying to steal the job, just helping the customer when they needed it most and showing respect to another local firm.. touch of class ⭐️

And in my personal opinion, that’s exactly why ASAP are the busiest local roofing firm around. They’re setting the bar for how companies in this trade should work with each other 🤝🏠

Plenty could learn a thing or two from actions like that.

THAT’S A WRAP 🎬✅

Phase 1 complete down in Haverfordwest 📍

🏠 4,500 Cambrian slates laid
☀️ 168 solar panel clips individually cut around
⏱️ 4 days from start to finish

The boys flew through this one, even with hard hats on and full PPE (Hard hats on a roof, games gone lads 🫣)

The roof is now finished and ready for the solar panels to be installed ☀️

This was our first job completed for TW Group, and hopefully the first of many 🤝✅ TW Group South Wales Ltd

The portfolio keeps growing… onto the next project 📸🏠
