🔨 🪚 Full house renovation completed on this project, with a dormer loft conversion added and a single storey rear extension which kept us busy recently 🔨🪚

👀 What a transformation 😍 Not been touched for 20+ years, the existing house was very dated and in need of modernisation. Everything was stripped right back and internal layout changed to add a 4th bedroom. A dormer loft conversion and a single storey extension was added to create a spacious family home 🏠

🔨 🪚 No updates recently as we have been extremely busy getting our projects finished and new ones started😅. Below is a 5 Bed / 5 En-suite HMO recently completed. With over 20 HMO conversions under our belts this was plain sailing. 🔨🪚

The existing house was very dated and in need of modernisation. Everything was stripped right back and renewed. A dormer loft conversion and a large single storey extension was added to create a spacious house. See below the beautiful 🤩 transformation!

🔨 🪚A beautiful addition to this lovely cottage in Aldbourne. 🔨🪚

The existing dated lean to extension was demolished to make way for a new spacious double storey extension which added a double bedroom with en-suite, a lounge, a utility area and a downstairs shower room to this cottage. Also a lot of internal work was undertaken to bring this cottage back to life. The main bathroom was replaced as well as the kitchen. A new stair case replaced the old uneven set of stairs. The before and after pictures really show the transformation this extension has made to the cottage 💪

🔨 🪚Here’s a single storey extension recently completed 🔨🪚

The existing conservatory was taken down to make space for the new extension which housed a new large kitchen. The front driveway was also redone to give more parking for the owner.

🪚🔨☀️ Extension-Season ☀️ 🔨🪚

Summer 🌞 is over and what a BUSY Summer it has been 😅 🥱 The team managed to complete another 3 big extensions, another of which you can see below ⬇️

The second was a large single storey extension on a old barn in a beautiful village called Leckhamstead. The extension provides 2 large bedrooms and a spacious hallway connecting the barn to the outbuilding, which will be converted to a master bedroom and en-suite at a later date. Building a square building between 2 out of square structures proved a challenge but the overall finish speaks for itself. Vaulted ceilings really give this extension a grand feel which is echoed in the original barn. Pictures paint a thousand words so take a look 👀 below👇🤩💪. We were very happy making this house into a home for the lovely family.

🪚🔨☀️ Extension-Season ☀️ 🔨🪚

Summer 🌞 is over and what a BUSY Summer it has been 😅 🥱 The team managed to complete another 3 big extensions this summer, one of which you can see below ⬇️

The first was a rear single storey extension with some internal works. Access wasn’t the best as everything had to be carted out through the garage. The spacious new extension houses a brand new kitchen and a downstairs bathroom. The existing kitchen was partitioned off to create a hallway into the new kitchen and a separate room downstairs. A window was also cut out in the side wall of the house to give light to this room light. As you can see from the before and after pictures, what a difference the extension makes to this house 🤩💪

☀️ Extension-Season ☀️

No updates lately as the team has been snowed under completing projects all around Swindon💪

Below are pictures of 2 Extensions completed very recently, both in West Swindon 😅

The first was a rear extension. A part of the garden was dug out and a retaining wall built to give a split level feel. The spacious new extension houses a brand new kitchen. This was achieved by removing all of the existing back house wall and installing rsj’s. The before and after pictures shows what a transformation this was 🤩

The second was a side extension. There was originally a garage here but this was taken down due to structural issues. We have replaced this with an extension which stretches the whole depth of the house, which incorporates a garage, a utility room, a shower room and a mini kitchen area that will be finished off by the client 👌

Total gut-out 😅

Here is a full renovation we completed to a property in much need of a total make over. A large porch was added to the front with a new composite door. We added a substantial sized extension to the downstairs of the house and took the existing back wall of the house out to open it up. Everything inside has been redone and left to a painted finish for the customer to add their final touches. (Kitchen to be fitted at a later date). The garden was stripped back and a lovely decked area was installed. Also a outside office and a seated pergola area was also built.

Another substantial project we completed last year

A 2bed house was converted into 4 flats and totally developed the street scene

Everything was back to brick for a complete refurbishment of the house and a new coach house built on the side

No updates recently as we have been working extremely hard to make our clients dreams into reality 😅 But here’s another 2 we have completed this year 😀👌

It has been a very busy and productive year and with all the commotion going on in the world, we have battled through it and completed all the projects we had booked in on time and on budget 😁

Below are images of a single storey side extension we built on a beautiful property located in Wanborough and a double storey extension we built in Stratton.

On the Wanborough Extension, we have achieved a spacious living room by knocking out the existing side wall and chimney of the house. The vaulted ceiling really adds character to the room and compliments the new open fire. A new 150sqm gravel driveway will ensure plenty of parking for the owners and visitors. New entrance walls have also been built ready for electric gates to be installed.

The Stratton extension consisted of building on top of a single storey extension that was built a while ago. This was a bit of a challenge as the weather was against us. The roof had to come off the single storey to enable us to build up. As the pictures show, an extra bedroom was achieved and the existing bathroom size was doubled, ready for a disabled adaption which we will be completing in the new year. This has to be one of the fastest extensions we have done. It was all achieved in 3 weeks 😅 Huge thank you to the client for being so welcoming.

A Recent Double Storey Extension Completed In Marlborough For A Lovely Client.
The Roof Was Abit Special On This One Being Centered All Around A Stunning Oak Truss & Oak Perlins.👌
The Space Was Used For A  Ensuite, Walk In Wardrobe And A Master Bedroom, Leading Onto A Sit-Out Balcony.
Pictures Really Don't Do This Job Justice The Oak Truss Really Came Out Amazing. 😛
