This simple, elegant patio area was achieved using beautiful Egyptian limestone, oak sleepers and metal edging.

The projects we undertake are always varied but the processes we use to build gardens for our clients always follows the same procedure.

After the initial site visit we produce an accurate three dimensional CAD model of the proposed design. This gives our clients the best possible representation of how their completed garden will look and feel. A detailed quote and breakdown of costs is then sent to the client for their review. If our quote is accepted we book in a start date and get to work.

In a future post we'll detail exactly what goes in to a paving project such as this. From excavation and ground stabilisation to subbase construction, drainage and laying course. It may just suprise you what exactly is involved.

We've been quiet on the Facebook front but busy creating beautiful spaces for our customers in our local area over the past couple of months.

Well, it was supposed to be our last week on our Mawgan Porth project but sadly Friday's rain meant we couldn't quite get everything finished.

There are a couple of small jobs for us to complete on Monday before we say goodbye and return in the summer to make a start on phase two.

The electricians will be in soon to install the lighting and when the furniture arrives, this space will finally be ready to be enjoyed.

Next week we'll post the final pictures and video walkthrough with information on the materials used and planting scheme.

Our project is progressing nicely and the big yellow thing in the sky is such a welcome sight.
Plants have been ordered for delivery next week and we cannot wait to get them in!
There's still quite a bit to do but it's going to be awesome.

When we started our project we knew we needed to find some local labour to assist Alex and myself with the build. Enter Tim Pither of Tredragon home and garden maintenance , local handyman services
Tim got in contact with us and it was clear from the start that he was our kind of guy!
He's super hard working, highly skilled, conscientious, honest and good fun to have around. We've already asked a lot of him on this project and every time he delivers, no stress, no drama he just cracks on. Qualities like these are increasingly difficult to find so needless to say we are all very grateful for his continued help and support. If we were local we'd be doing our best to get him to come and work with us.

Despite horrendous weather and incredibly poor access the first phase of our project is now heading in the right direction.
I couldn't be more proud of the guys at this point. They're going above and beyond to create something really quite special and the attention to detail is remarkable.
The steps and paving will be completed next week and then we'll be on to installing the fencing and lighting before Alexis Fraser is let loose on the planting scheme. I simply cannot wait to see this finished.

Thanks to our suppliers who have so far made this possible. We'll be needing you all again as we complete this stage of the build and move on to the next phase later on in the year.
