A lovely finished studio that sits perfectly in its surroundings. This 6x4m studio will be used as an office and gym, the three panel sliding door offers great light into the room with the large panoramic window offering views of the beautiful garden. Our latest project was this huge 54sqm studio in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Divided into 3 spaces, the largest was a home gym complete with triple sliding doors. Fully clad in cedar, a curved millboard deck finishes the front area.

The second main room was for a home office. This space had a smaller sliding door, skylight and internet Connections. Both rooms feature an air conditioning system.

To the rear there is a smaller storage space with its own individual entrance.

Due to it’s scale a full planning and build control package was included as part of the overall project

Our latest finish project is this full habitable annex, built to building control level this studio is tucked away to the side of the clients garden.this is a one bedroom annex with open plan kitchen/living area and separate shower room. This build is 9 m x 5 m with composite cladding, two velux windows for extra light and large French doors to the front. space build studio

Another garden gym project completed in Marden, Kent.

This studio was made taller with a full planning application handled by the Ark team. Cedar cladding and French doors complement the space with an air conditioning unit included in the specification.

Our latest finished garden gym in this one boasts two sets of bi folding doors, black cladding with feature wall to front and a wrap around overhang a deck to match. We love the look of this’s one and how it sits perfectly in its surroundings.

Another garden gym completed in the heart of Kent.

To make the studio taller than permitted development we included a full planning application. This meant an internal height of over 2.4 meters.

As well as power and internet connections the studio features a separate office room and an additional storage space.

So why not beat the commute and train from home at the same time.

Our latest garden office completed in Tunbridge Wells this week!

Painted black cladding falls onto a composite deck and entry step. There are feature walls both inside and out with power and Internet connections included.

Two sets of bifolds and a double overhang with lights complete the look.

The perfect space to work from.

Our latest studio finished today has additional height so we handled a full planning application for our client.

Clad in cedar and boasting a 3m bifold door the studio is fully connected to both power and the internet.

The garden gym tapers in the back corner by an additional 1m meaning the client didn’t lose any valuable garden space
