Our wellness centre project in Maidstone is now complete! We love that the Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) structure has been left exposed as a feature of the internal design 😍

PROJECT COMPLETE | Natural Fit Maidstone

We’re delighted to have completed works at Natural Fit Maidstone - our third project for Natural Fit Gyms.

The new wellness centre combines high-end fitness and leisure facilities with an innovative construction approach, including an exposed Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) structure and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).

The completed facility includes a new swimming pool, whirlpool bath, modern changing rooms and a padel court, alongside a major reconfiguration of the car park.

It was a challenging build, particularly through the winter months, but our site team delivered a fantastic result.

A special mention goes to Kane, our Site Manager, who has delivered his first project in the role at an impressive scale. A fantastic achievement!

We are excited to hear that BOWA Medical UK HQ has won the 'Project of the Year (under £10m) Award' at the Michelmores Property Awards!

We had the pivilege of engineering this cutting-edge research and manufacturing facility in Kingskerswell for BOWA MEDICAL UK.

The award win is well-timed as it coincides nicely with the official opening of the building, which took place last week.

The Michelmores Property Awards celebrates real estate excellence across the West of England and the South West. The competition shines a spotlight on a wide range of outstanding commercial and residential projects.

Our congratulations to Devon Contractors , and the project team including Chris Jones at Pinnacle Architectural Design and Project Management, Bailey Partnership and Revisionr. As well as those working behind the scenes to get this project off the ground, including Ian Roach at Roach Planning.
